You mean the ones that come with each lens? They only fit a single lens.

thanks Adam but I'm really not that dumb to try to fit three lenses into single pouch very obviously designed to hold one lens only....

find out all the lenghts of the da's and compare them to the fa's that should give you a good indication on if they should fit or not.

As far as I know the FA limited trio will not fit in the DA limited case. I believe the overall length of the three FA lenses is just a little too long and the the 31 is a little too fat.

The FA31 is huge in comparison to the DA Limiteds, so I'd imagine that it alone would cause things not to fit. The FA43 is also bigger than the DA40 (but by no means a large lens), I think the DA70 and FA77 are about the same size.

Actually, the DA 35 and FA 77 are roughly the same size. The FA 43 is only 1 mm longer than the designation for a pancake lens. The DA 40, 21 and 70 are classed as pancakes because they are 26mm or less in length. At 27mm in length, the 43 is not a big lens.

Ned discussed this to some degree in his blog. NED BUNNELL: DA Limited Lens Case I have considered getting one of these for my 21, 35, & 77. I just don't see it holding the 31, 43, and 77.

I have one and the trio... just tried it and it doesn't quite work. The 31 is just slightly too long.

In my search for a lens case for my FA limited lenses, I bought an old Sigma 80~210mm f/4.5 lens case - didn't have a lens in it(not that I would have cared any way) but the case itself can hold the FA77LTD and FA31LTD comfortably. And considering how well those old lens cases are made they can take quite a bit of abuse while keeping my lenses snug in its plush interior. I leave the SMCP-K 50mm f/1.2 mounted on my camera most of the time.

I just received mine, this thing is huge!!! I thought if would be around the size of a 55-300mm, a perfect fit for 3 pancakes... but I can fit a 21, 40 and a 18-55 in it
Or a 40mm and a 55-300
Other than the size, which is not a problem, just me not doing my homework, it's a nice quality case.

Maybe a dumb question, but will this case fit the DA15, DA21, DA40 & DA70?

Put the 15mm on top of the 70mm, and add 5mm of padding, if it's smaller than the 18-55 with front and back cap on, it will fit.
