Will the 500 DG Super work with the K-x?

Hi guys, I've found a good deal on a used Sigma EF-500 DG Super, and I'd like to know if it works on with my K-x or not. The P-TTL comparison suggests that it might need a firmware upgrade. The current owner used it on a K20D. What do you think? Thanks.

No chnage in P-TTL happened lately. It means that it should work with K-x the same way it did with K20D. But beware, Sigma flashes are of quite poor quality. I also have one, because it was only 50$ but if the difference is not too big, consider Pentax flash or one of the new Metzes.

The main problem with my Sigma is inconsistency of flash power and problems with high speed sync, especially when used wireless.
