What would be a reasonable price for a 2x converter to fit the Pentax K1000?

Run-of-them mill, 3rd party teleconverters are quite cheap nowadays- from $10 to $20. They quality may not be top-notch, but they get the job done. Look for brands including tamron and soligor. K-Mount bayonet teleconverters should work with every Pentax lens out there
