are Pentax using on the shutter release cable for the MZ-S and the 645N-II bodies.
I have CS-105 shutter release cable but it's barely long enough and the prices for them are horrendous when one can find them. The connection looks like an miniature version of a 3-pin XLR but I can't seem to find one small enough.
What I'd like to do is take a cheaper (much much cheaper) Adidt shutter release cable and swap the connections over so that I have a 3m cable for use with my MZ-S.
I know it sounds like i'm spoiling the ship for a ha'peth of tar but these cables are literally like rocking-horse droppings to obtain.
So ....... any ideas of what connection it is and where parts can be obtained from (preferably somewhere in the UK).
Many thanks.
