Crumpler 2 million camera bag

It is definitely too small for my K100D but I find it on sale for
closing out item in Circuit City. I paid $6.50 out the door -- I
couldn't believe it. I bought it as the last one available in
Circuit City in Fremont Automall. Some pictures and use of it for my
5 year old camcorder with Canon -- the bag is a perfect match for my
dated and a bit bulky camcorder.

All pictures taken with my 2nd copy of FA 50 f/1.4 -- the shots come
out quite satisfactory for me as I did it in a rush this morning with
fluorescent lighting for added lighting in early morning and pp with
Picasa with 'i am feeling lucky' and 'highlight/lighting/shadow'.

It is big enough to carry two extra batteries, extra tape and video
night and has rooms to spare

I only see smaller Crumplers in Circuit City

and I don't see anything like 6 million Crumplers. The circuit city that I visited only have a few smaller crumplers like the 2 millions and some p&s bags. I am on the same boat that I want a store visit before the actual purchase of Crumplers 6 millions camera bag.

But having purchased the Crumplers 2 millions, I am confident that I would like the Crumpler 6 millions or larger size bag.

Thanks,
Hin

The three bears of crumplers

From what I have read on other boards the 6 million is 'huge' the 4 is way too small and the 5 is 'just right.' Obviously that all depends on the person... but that was the general consenus.

...and thanks for the info... I was totally kicking myself for not checking there!!

BestBuy, SanJoseCamera, Keeble

Lapeen,

I gather information from another forums saying that Crumpler can be enquired in BestBuy, San Jose Camera and Keeble in Palo Alto. I live in bay area of California. Hope some stores apply to you such as the Circuit City that I got my $6.50 Crumpler 2 million bag. I want to find out if 5 million bag fits my needs better than the 6 million bag. I will update you what I find out.

Thanks,
Hin

I too will be checking out CC later today! Best Buy is nearby so it can't hurt to check there also, but in the past I have looked at bags there and they were all the plain old black style... and I want something different!

Back from CC. They had the 4 million crumpler bag for $49.99. It will hold your camera with a zoom lens and one or MAYBE 2 lenses if one was a small 28 or 50mm. I was tempted, BUT the tamrac bag that is about the same size has much more room inside and more pockets outside....AND it's only $29.99 it's not as nice looking though. The crumpler appeared to be very well made and is nice contoured and stands out from all the 'black bags' that every has.

In the end I go nothing as I could not decide if I wanted to spend that extra $20 for style.

As of right now I think I am going to wait until Christmas... this year the question "So what do you want for xmas?" will actually have an answer other than "Hmmm.... I don't know??"

...and I think I would rather have the 5 million for a little extra space.
