I haven't tried it on my K20D, but I remember when I did it on my K100D it was just a simple matter of following the prompts on the rear screen. It was pretty easy to figure out.

Download the PDF of the manual and you'll know where it is all the time. In fact, I have the PDF for my K-5 on my droid phone.
