Looking for a Monopod recomendation

Okay, I am going to be shooting some high action 6 year old soccer this weekend. Well, high action may not be the right term but fun maybe. Anyway I have been thinking for a few weeks about getting a monopod to use my Sigma 70-200. I have been scanning Ekbay for awhile and read that this

unit is pretty good for the price. Just wondering if anyone can say anything about it? Also wondering what others are using. I am not a pro looking to hold up a giant lens every week but I also don't want something to cheap. I know some monopods do not come with a head so keep in mind I am looking for an all in one.

I use (and happily recommend) the Manfrotto 679B Monopod with a 234RC head (swivel head with quick release plate)..

EDIT: In america the head is actually the 3229 (different model numbers to here).. Anyway this is the monopod and head available as a set at bhphoto...

Whatever monopod you get, try using it collapsed for shooting action. You will find that the lower Center of Gravity will stabilize your camera for a one or 2 stop improvement. Your photos will be as sharp handheld at 1/50 as they would have been at 1/200 for instance. It sure won't make the lens feel any lighter though....
