I notice it as I scroll through my searches looknig for items I am interested in purchasing. If I see something that certainly looks absurd, I report it.

Has it gotten me anywhere? Honestly, I don't know - I never buy items with absurd shipping - but all I get from e-bay is the canned response, telling me to buy safely, don't do this, don't do that... Hate it but I can only imagine they get thousands of reports a day. But I can't just let it go...

Exactly what I used to do but I gave up for the same reason. EB wants to be seen as doing something but they don't.

Like I said, if we don't like it, too bad.

hopefully it's not someone here but 251usd is just a little more than expected.. seller has a big grin on their face i'm sure..
i just picked one up this week for 60delivered..

oh,, all i can say about shipping fees is the more you get, the less eekbay gets.. I've used it before as a kind of reserve.. of course they get it again when you use PPal..
