Pentax O-GPS1 out of stock

I had ordered the new Pentax O-GPS1 from Henry's in Toronto and got some bad news today, Here is a copy of the email they sent me. Guess we'll have to wait a few months to get it.

Please be advised that the PENTAX O-GPS1 GPS UNIT you ordered is currently on backorder. Pentax has informed us that there is a delay in production and we might not receive this item until December.

Please reply to us at your earliest convenience if you would like to keep your order active and wait for this product, or if you choose to cancel at this time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

Actually your thread title is very misleading. It should read something like "O-GPS-1 now on backorder" rather than a title that suggests there is a problem with the GPS unit.

Can you please edit the title.

I agree with seventhdr, it is a bit misleading. Not to pounce on VE2CJW, it is just that we all, and in all forums we participate in, should try to stay more aware of the headlines and searchable text we are creating. It is more than common, though; so a little better feel for it is good for all of us.
