Wireless Remote Shutter Release for K-5

Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone has used one of these on Pentax DSLRs especially K-5 or K-7?

Yongnuo Compatible Device List from Ebay seller in Hong Kong. Can anyone verify this pls? it seems like Pentax only works with RF-603 C1 and not C3 model.

Hi

If you have a Sony tv remote it will work on your Pentax using the Aux. then up Arrow. May be different
key depending on the remote. Just put the cam in remote and press the keys to find the right one. When you
have the key you could also buy a small programmable remote cheap and use this code to program it.
I also use the remote from a Viewsat receiver, the OK and up arrows work on this one.
The range is very good on the big controllers too.

works fine as a shutter release. As a flash trigger, it'll only probably only work at sync speeds of 1/125 or below...
