I just purchased an Op-Tech Utility Strap and used at it Sea World this weekend. It was probably the best $20 I have ever spent on camera gear.

This is that strap that goes over your neck and crosses your chest while the camera hangs comfortably by your hip. It was nice and comfy, and the camera does not get in your way as it would sitting on your chest like a normal camera neck strap.

I'm a big guy, so I needed an extender...but once i had the extender on, it fit like a glove

I use the optech sling also but use the Envy neck piece.

It is a bit smaller but still very comfy and packs easily for travel.

I like that they are modular and can be customized.

I bought an extra video clip that is strapped on my monopod so I can clip it to the strap for insurance.
