oops - D-BG4

Well, I need help.
What direction to unscrew the battery grip? Nice accessory, but as soon as you tighten it too much, you are in trouble and things just get worse if you try harder and harder ... I feel stupid, but can't find a manual at home or online and used to have battery grips that were foolproof.

Flip camera over (top down). Now looking at the bottom of the camera turn wheel anti-clockwise to undo. I just checked mine to confirm. Good luck

That is looking at the bottom of the camera with the grip to your right.
Worked fine - finger still hurt.

Been there done that, I've had it stuck three times. It's always after I used my Black Rapid strap with the camera hanging.

I was just thinking "Why would anyone tighten the screw up to a point, where it gets stuck? I usually always look that I don't tighten it too much."

Then I took my K-7 in my hands just to notice that mine's stuck, too. My fingers also hurt now.

Well, having the camera hanging from the tripod mount to a strap it seems to tighten a bit a after a while.

I finally have a grip on the way to me and I am super excited, although it does feel a bit indulgent. My pinkie will now have somewhere to rest instead of trying to reach under the camera and try to snag the tripod plate like it has been forever now.
