Eneloops

I have misplaced the info on charging.

How long does it take to fully charge the batteries?
There is a red light will it go or change colour out when fully charged?

Thanks in advance

that depends on the charger you have.

Mine usually takes about 1 or 2 hours to charge 4 eneloops

I'm using the charger supplier,
PornFlake: does the light change colour or go out you have finished charging?

There are three different chargers supplied with eneloop branded battery kits. One is a two-battery charger with universal power support--and the other two are four-battery models. One has a slipcover front and is marked with the eneloop brand name; and the other I think is branded simply as Sanyo and is open (without a cover) and has multiple leds.

I have the slipcover model and here is the info I have for it.

Four battery, slipcovered unit (branded eneloop) and takes approximately 7 hours to recharge four AA batteries in this charger. The model number of this unit is NC-MQNO5 and can be found on the back of the charging unit itself.

RED LED Status:
on=charging
off=charging complete
doesn't turn on when plugged in=not charging (review manual)
blink every 2 seconds=not charging (charge in room temp. range of 32-104F)
blink every 0.5 seconds=abnormal battery (remove disposable or old battery)

If you have one of the OTHER chargers, I'm not sure what to tell you. You may be able to search the Sanyo website and see if you find info there.

Good luck!

I have the two-battery charger marked "Sanyo NiMH QuickCharger". The RED LED Status is the same, i.e., it goes off after charging. However, it takes many hours to charge. Still like it because of its internal power supply.

I've got the MQN06 4 battery charger. From the manual:

AA (1-4) 10 hours
AAA (1-4) 7 hours

Lights flashing: Charging properly
Lights solid: Finished Charging
Lights off:
a) No battery in charger
b) Battery inserted incorrectly
c) Charger failure
d) Power off

I think mine is not any default eneloop charger.

It charges each battery indepedent from each other, when each one is charged about five green leds light up for each battery.
