Recommend a 40.5mm 9- or 10-stop ND filter??

Who makes it? My initial search came up empty.
B&H? Hoya? Tiffen? Lee? etc?

Probably easier to get a stepping ring to more common diameter.. I was having trouble getting 40.5 - 49 stepping ring, can't imagine the ND filter will be easy to find.

oh, i forgot to mention it will be used as an inline filter in the slot of the 645 25mm, so a stepping ring won't work.

this type of thing:

40.5 filters are hard to find and most are made for Camcorders. The ones I have are the lowest quality from the maker in question (I have 2 Marumi - CPL & Star & one from Sony) and when I have found 40.5 in higher quality they've been sold out

...or legacy rangefinder glass.

B+W and Heliopan both makes 10 stop versions and both are available at B&H for the usual B+W and Heliopan prices.

Did you notice that B&H has one for a few less dollars than the linked item?
