How do you clean your muslin backdrop?

I have a newborn at home. Recently, I was taking pictures of her with my black backdrop covering the wall and floor. Long story short, my baby girl decided to pee on the backdrop when her diaper was removed... I tried rubbing the cloth with soapy water but it's not quite enough.

Now the thing is 10x24 feet (the backdrop...). It won't go easily in my cleaning machine. I could drop it in the pool and hang it to dry (where?), but will it be effective?

How do you clean your cloth?

I assume by pool, you mean swimming pool. swimming pool water has about a minimum chlorine level of 1.2 ppm to 3.0 ppm max. chances are you will have some bleaching on the fabric specially if its not rinsed well. i would get it dry cleaned. it will be a little pricey but you preserve the color.

Yep swimming pool. Mine is saltwater, but there is a risk indeed. I will contact a few dry cleaners to see if they can accommodate such a large sloth.

even saltwater pools have the same chlorine level as the regular pools. dry cleaners will do a spot clean for you . that would be your best bet . good luck.
