Filter To Correct Warm Looking Shots In Tungsten Mode

I've notice that Pentax didn't correct the warmish cast you get when shooting in the tungsten WB mode with the k200d. (had the same problem with the k100d also) What filter is best to make the colors seem more natural or can someone recommend other camera settings to use to
"fix" this?

Thanks in adavnce
Barry

Get a WB tool rather than a filter.
I use a WhiBal white balance card, this one has to be in the shot (you would take two, but you only need one WhiBal shot per lighting condition change) in order to work and it works best with raw, but it would be close to 100% accurate.
Other WB tools work by being held up in front of the lens and performing a custom WB though the WB "filter".

Yup, or find something "known white" in the image and use it as the sampling point for manual white balance in your RAW conversion.

You ARE shooting RAW, aren't you???

Edit: Cards like the WhiBal provide a calibrated "known white" for you.
