Supposedly lenscoat will take custom orders. Have you tried contacting them?

For $175 they will do a custom one. A bit steep.

This guy got a set custom-made by Outdoor Photography Gear in the UK for under $80. You probably wouldn't even need to send measurements of the lens, since they have already made a set for the identical lens.

Now I should ask them to make one for my FA* 400mm f5.6. It really needs covering because of its shiny, silver finish. At the moment I am using "Camo Form", a non-adhesive tape. However, it moves around a bit on the lens hood when I put in or remove the lens from my bag.

I've thrown this out before, but this seems like the best solution to me.

OP/TECH USA Mega Shoot Cover

I like that it will wrap up to the point of providing weather resistant coverage instead of of just covering parts of the lens. Once I have a telephoto that I plan on sticking with for a while I'll get one for it.
