What did I get??

recently picked up an extra 645 to use as a back up that was bundled with a couple of lenses and some extras (filters, couple of 120 backs etc) but also came with this random adapter that i can not seem to find any information on...it seems too small for the 645...any ideas? it just says 7000/9000 +P/K on the side and nothing else.
thanks!

A little creative web searching yielded the Minolta Maxxum 7000 and 9000 cameras - so probably an adapter for those lenses to P/K

That's probably not the most common adapter around....
