Camera belt?

Is there such a thing as a camera belt with pouches for the camera, lenses and accesories (sort of like a policemans sam brown belt?)

I've got a lowepro slingshot 100 which is perfect for my gear when taking a hike or walking around, but I found it's a pain when taking pictures at fire scenes where rapid changes of lenses are often required.

I was thinking of rigging up a belt like a cops utility belt with a central pouch for the body + lens, and on the sides, individual pouches for the lenses and accessories, all of which can be accessed rapidly.

Surely this must exist?

Along those lines, what I'd love to see would be a belt clip along the lines of some of the new cordless power tools (Milwaukee for instance). The wedge portion of the clip (usually built into the tool) would thread into the tripod mount and would simply clip in and out as needed. The camera would hang perfectly along side your hip. Now that would be da bomb!

the Lowepro specialist AW would also fit the bill, and can be attached to a vest or suspenders for extra carrying, as well..
