A good lens rest for shooting out the window.

FWIW, I use a piece of expanded foam pipe insulation made for 3/4" pipe. I cut it to about 12" in length and carry it under the seat of my car. It is split and it slips over the window glass and makes a very nice, soft rest for a lens.... for less than a buck!

That's a great idea! Cheap, easy to find, and easy to store; a win-win!

Home Depot or any Plumbing Supply store.... or maybe Ace Hardware. It's easy to find.

I use an old split foam sailboard rack pad. Like pipe insulation but 3" diameter and mostly pad. But plumbing pipe insulation is cheaper and found everywhere.

Great idea. You need to post it in this thread. https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/26-mini-challenges-games-photo-stories/27...amera-kit.html
