It just occurred to me that the problem can be solved by shooting in portrait orientation

Provided you shoot with the right eye there is plenty of room for any size snoze. And now that I consider that I realize I shoot way more than 50% in portrait. Maybe my nose just wants a break

I use the right eye as well. Maybe I'm lucky in that my nose has a bit of a bend to the left!
