I went looking for photoshop cs2 since it's much cheaper than CS3 and I see that its still about $200. There is a website called toggle.com that has it for free but I don't trust them since they're giving it away. Is this website trustworthy and legal? If not where is another good place to get CS2?

Get the academic version from a reputable source like colleges or some online academic store if you are in school or know someone who is.
