SD card question

Is there anyway to put photo's back on a SD card from your computer?
My Dell 24" monitor has card readers built into the side of it, and so does my Canon Pixma Printer.

Thanks Jack

Windows systems - I assume Mac's are similar
  1. Insert Card in reader or reader in USB port
  2. View Hard Drives (Explore > My Computer)
  3. Select actual photos (Shift Click or CTRL Click)
  4. Edit > Cut or Copy
  5. Return to My Computer (up arrow)
  6. Click on Removable Drive (Card Drive E:/ ~ F:/ ~ whatever)
  7. Edit > Paste
Filesd are transferred to the card

You probably know this ( I didn't), once you put pics back on SD card it won't view in the camera! Even if they are jpegs. Pentax supplied ACdsee program with Optios that allows you to put the pictures back on the SD card for viewing in camera. Strange thing is the transfer can't be done with a card reader. Must use the camera to transfer pics to SD card. Computers are so bizzare!
thanks

Casio has a nice utility

Casio has a nice utility called Photo Transport- using it with all my cams of all makes- works OK. You can find it here: DigitalCameras [ Download ] - CASIO WORLDWIDE
BTW a nice feature of copying ANYTHING seen on PC to camera :-)

Or in Windows on a PC you can go to computer choose the drive the files are on and view the files highlight the ones you want to transfer go to edit click on copy to folder choose your drive for your card reader and click on OK and the files will transfer to your SD card.
