Loads of extra batteries would be needed to replicate the capacity of a single large USB battery. I really think two prong is fine for the need you have. Use the normal charger at home and you should be ok.

Finally after 5 weeks I received above charger. It's smaller than it looks on aliexpress. I tried it on my pc today and it works fine. Red light turns blue when fully charged.

I was wondering that, too. If it's "regular" USB, isn't that 500ma max? By the time you get 5v to 9v you're at half that or less.

That would take a while unless you had a high power charging port.

Maybe at 200ma you don't need a third pin...

The 3rd pin is there to balance the two cells. LiIon cells must not be charged to higher voltages than specified or they get damaged. If the cells are not perfectly equal, one reaches that level earlier. So best with a 2-pin charger just charge as much as you need and recharge fully on a properly balancing charger.

the one I ordered on ali-express isn't available there anymore. I found the same one on a russian site:

But it worked fine for me. I used it last summer on a road trip in my car and am still using it. Charging a battery takes only a few hours.
