Benro HD3 3-way Panhead

Anyone have any experience with this panhead?

Any other suggestions would also be appreciated. I think I would prefer this type to the ballhead I have. It would be on a Sirui N-1004 tripod, supports 26#; as does this head.

No, but I did just replace my generic no-name ballhead for a Benro N0 and the build quality seems pretty good considering the price/features.

At almost double the price of the Benro; (Benro $120, Induro $225), I'm also considering the Induro PHQ-1. I like the Manfrotto 808 RC4 @$170, also.

So any experience with any of these, or other suggestions? This would be holding my K3, and heaviest lens Tamron 80-200 F2.8.

Also, would any/all work with Peak Design Capture Pro Plate? This is very important!

If anyone can at least tell me if the Peak Design Capture Pro plate would work with any of the above panheads, then I'll make a decision which one to get. I see the Pro works with Manfrotto RC2. I'm looking at a panhead that is RC4; will the Pro work with this also?
