Another useless thread by yours truly
Anyone help?
I already did test the Hähnel UniPal Plus and it works very well with the D-Li90.
What advantages did you get from my first reply?

My apologies for the lateness reply, I actually had a semi important gig on the weekend that I needed to prepare and shoot for so that took priority over this thread. I should have some time today to sift through the suggestions and reply properly. Thanks everyone!

When I had a hopelessly mixed set of rechargeable AA batteries I tested them by buying a budget single battery analogue clock. I parallel wired a torch lightbulb into the clock circuit as a load. I set the clock to 12 and then saw how far it got. Worked great but I don't know if it would adapt to the higher voltages of the camera batteries.

Could be worse for a battery, because it may get deep discharged and damaged. The ,method to measure the loaded Volume of a naturally empty battery is much better and reliable

I used to put dates on my batteries. Now I just carry four. AA and AAA are notorious for failure. If I use I use normal ones.
