Pues hay muchas opciones y precios. Depende de lo que estés buscando. Como dice el tío Vanya, hay incluso opciones con cierto autoenfoque.

Échate una mirada por amazon.es, foto24.es, la bahía electrónica esa…

Si los hacen (me imagino que si) yo recomiendo la marca K&F Concept. Casi todos mis adaptadores para mis camaras Fujifilm son de esa marca y funcionan sin ningun problema y están bien hechos. Suelen costar unos €20.

If they make they (I imagine they do), I recommend the K&F Concept adapters. Almost all of my adapters for my Fujifilm cameras are from that brand and they work flawlessly and are well built. They usually cost around €20.
