Just checked the battery that came with my K-01 a few years ago - which was used, but I'll assume genuine. (At least, it has been a good reliable battery.) It says HOYA CORPORATION, correctly spelled.
Also I notice that on the upper label of my K-01 battery, the voltage spec line "
7.2V [DC symbol] 1860 mAh (14 Wh)" is rendered in a bold font. This is also true of the battery that came with my K-1ii earlier this year. The line is not bold on the ebay battery.
Finally a more subtle difference: notice the line on the new ebay battery: "Cell made in Japan,Pack assembled in China". The words "Japan" and "Pack" have no space between them, rather they are both jammed up against the comma. My K-01 battery has space between those words.
I'm confident these batteries are counterfeits.
