I have a duffel bag already, really I was trying to find someone that is really purposeful for the back and comfortable for long periods of wearing at a time.

So thanks everyone for suggestions. I have just reviewed (amateurishly) my latest tripod and bag, you can see the bag here;
I could actually use that bag, with a portable light stand and fit the softbox inside as well, but even trying to fit the tripod and softbox in was a struggle. The other thing about these bags is they are not really supposed to be worn 'Robin Hood' style, but either carried or on a shoulder (but not around neck), like this;
I have this bag;

and really its perfect for a lot of things, but it's just not deep enough. This is the kinda system I am looking for, even with that additional strap that locks into the main shoulder strap to stop it from swaying around. I would love for something like this to exist but that is long and thin and meant for lighting equipment rather than cameras and lenses...
