Hello folks,

Has anyone used a Litedisc (Photoflex) portable reflector?

I just opened mine, after a period of non-use of about one year, and I was horrified to find that the reflective material (the silver and mostly the gold side) had peeled off in many places.

It is still useful but it has lost about 20% of its reflectivity.

Anyone else with similar experience?

No, but get in touch with the manufacturer. They may be willing to do something for you.

I agree with Wheatfield. Call Photoflex 800-486-2674. Photoflex stands behind their product 100%. Our LiteDisc have a 5 year warranty.

Hello Photoflex Sales,

Thanks. I have contacted your support dept. and I received a very nice reply, inviting me to return the product.

I should point out to every one that I several of your products and I am very pleased with them.

But this one hadn't been used for over a year, whereas the others are used on a fairly regular basis.

Question: Should I store the product opened up?
