What accessory is this picture showing

This is a page from an LX accessory brochure from Japan. Down in the bottom right corner is something I do not recognize. Anyone know what it is?

It is next to a microscope adapter. To me the size and shape says telescope adapter.

Presenter says focal length and f-stop for the 65 and 85 are 700mm ~f/11 and 1000mm ~f/12 respectively.
