What lens hood comes with the HD Pentax-D FA 645 90mm ED AW SR Macro ? PH-RBL77

Is the PH-RBL77 the correct lens hood for the D-FA 645 90mm, or is this a typo?
The filter size says 67mm, a 67mm hood fits, and I can't find this item code on the ricoh website.

While I don't have one, it seems there's easily 5mm distance from the filter threads to the outside of the bayonet for the hood in online images.

If that is the case, there aren't any available.
I asked the same question to Pentax support, pointing out my 67mm hood fitted and their response didn't answer where I could get one, just that they were glad my 67mm hood fitted.

Sorry to hear they are in short supply. I'll have to keep good care of mine! Perhaps this is a temporary situation. You might contact the local authorized service centre to see if they can order one for you.

Correction, my 67mm doesn't fit nor do other 77mm hoods. Will just have to wait. Thanks all for the feedback
