K200D and Promaster FTD5400 w/PX module

Will work according to Promaster
Rick:

Pentax claims that their digital SLR cameras do not require the
low trigger voltage flash units that most other digital cameras do.
You can use this flash on the Pentax K200, but if your module is
TTL, it will not work properly with Pentax new TTL flash system.
It will always fire at full power.
You can use the Manual focus module for Pentax #2631 on your
5400 flash and use the auto setting. This setting uses an auto sensor
with 2 auto ranges to choose from for automatic flash exposure.
I have used this combination and it works very well.
