Light meter recommendations?

I might be in the market for a lightmeter.
what the main use for it will be measuring the light on subjects with window lighting.(must be very accurate) I want to get consistant results with lighting, that is why I am thinking about one.
must be digital and under 300 dollars new, if possible. (have to buy used if to much money)
for both reflective and amient light, measures flash as well

any opinions welcome!

thanks

I have an older Sekonic. It has performed like a charm for me. I haven't looked at a meter in stores for years now, but I would certainly take a look and see what model(s) they have to offer.
