Bought a tripod, today.

I had been using my brother's tripod, and had wanted to get my own. I happened to find this Savage TWTG. I know that I probably could have went with cheaper, but I wanted to get a pretty good one - and this one just seemed to 'jump out' at me. It is REALLY nice.

I just wanted to share this with you all.

fantastic Manfrotto

I got the Manfrotto 190xprob tri with 804rc2 head combination. My photography Mr. Myagi who has been into photography and selling equipment for about 10 years, recommended this package and bought it for himself (using it with a Nikon D200 with battery grip and long, nice teles). My god is it stable. My god is it tight. 1/2 twist on the handles gives rock-hard lock-on.
