A week or so ago I posted a waterfall photo taken with a Cokin ND filter. There was a definite red cast to the photo. I thought I may have been doing something wrong and asked for your help. After lots of suggestions and no solutions I contacted Adorama who sent me contact info for Cokin. I spoke with a customer service rep named Karen. After emailing her a sample photo and sending in the filter, they have determined that the filter was indeed defective. They are sending a replacement. Just wanted everyone to know about the great service I received and to thank you again for your help.
