Awesome thanks.

So this or this is all I need correct?

Impact | AC 16 Channel Radio Slave Transmitter | T616 | B&H

Do I need a receiver or is that built in my flash?
If I'm not mistaken that's only the transmitter. You need a receiver too.

Basically you'll need a transmitter and a receiver and the rest can fire off the built-in slaves.

Impact | Two Monolight Kit - 200 Total | EX100A-2KII | B&H Photo I don't see in this description that it is included. I don't mind buying it though.

Can you show me in B&H which sync cord I need using this hot shoe adapter.

Thank You.
It's in the subline of the headline. I've attached a screenshot and marked the "sync cord". You get it included and just need the hot shoe adaptor I linked to in an earlier post.

Choice 1: Impact AC 16 Channel Radio Slave Transmitter $44.95
with * Impact AC 16 Channel Radio Slave Receiver $44.95

OR

Choice 2: Kaiser Hot Shoe to PC Adapter $17.95
and my the lights already come with a 15ft (I asked) pc sync cord.

I think I'll go with choice 2.

I am mostly using the sync cord myself. It can be a bit cumbersome (as Mike rightly pointed out), but it works reliably, which cannot be said of the cheap wireless triggers (at least not in my experience).*In the studio the danger of tripping etc. should be not be too high.

I'd bypass the cheapy triggers and get the Cybersyncs....1 transmitter and 1 receiver. The other flash will pop with the slave.

another vote for Cybersyncs. They are very reliable.

I got the Hama hot shoe adapter for $16.95 and the lights came with 2 sync cords so I'm good with that.

Thanks guys for all your help, I made a post on my blog about all the gear I got check it out: Some New Gear! Raphael’s Photography
