Pentax AF-330, Sigma EF 530 Question

I can buy the AF-330 for under $35 USD.
or the Sigma for $100

What I really want is the Metz 48, but being a poor grad student who is getting married soon, it is a bit out of my price range.

My question is, being a beginner, which one will be the more practical choice for me? What I'm looking for is something that will help give some more light on indoor photos, and maybe help take away some shadows.

I'd like for it to swivel, but I think I can live without that for now.

No, you'd want the flash to tilt (by swivel I think you mean tilt?). I have the AF 360 and I wish I have the 540 because of the swivel.

No tilting kills the usability by... pretty much 95% for me, I always bounce so if a flash doesn't tilt it's almost useless.

That said I actually have the 330 for the spotbeam and to trigger 360 wirelessly in stupid slave mode (mode 2) when I need it to be so.

Yea, I need it to tilt,

The Sigma EF 530 that I also have my eye on looks to be the winner.

"The flash head can be tilted up by upto 90 , to the left by 180 , or to the right by 90"

Yep, that will work for me...Hmmm, now to fund this endeavor.

The 530 seems to be a great bang for the buck... If you end up not liking it you can just sell it back at little loss
