Who makes the fastest/best quality SD card for the money?

I'm currently using a SanDisk Ultra II SD card for my Pentax K-7, but I was wondering what are some other good companies that are equal or better in speed and quality to SanDisk? Any input would be deeply appreciated.

Take Care and May God Bless!

Ed

Quality wise, I trust MIJ Panasonic & Toshiba the most, but Toshiba are much cheaper. I have no idea who made the fastest cards however.
