360 FGZ in wireless, rear sync, any help?

Hello, I am trying to get my 360 to work as a rear-sync flash in wireless set-ups, mainly for night portraits trying to strongly direct the light. I cant seem to rear-sync in wireless mode, is there a trick to this I am missing?

Also, I cant seem to get mine to discharge the flash manually. I can do both these things on my Nikons very easily, but I much prefer the K10D, and would rather get this to work right on it.

Thanks
