Manfrotto tripod parts

I'm looking for a source for the leg lock parts for a Manfrotto BPRO 3021, in the US.
The one place I've found, Spartan Photo Center, is not impressing me with their attitude.

Can't you contact Bogen Imaging's support directly? I have often made the experience, that dealing directly with ther manufacturer/importer is easier, than going via a dealer.

If I could find a number for their service/parts dept. I would. They have the worst website layout for service I've ever seen.

You've probably found their address:

565 E. Crescent Ave., Ramsey, NJ 07446 USA
T: (201) 818-9500 | F: (201) 818-9177 | E: info@manfrottodistribution.us
Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm EST
Manfrotto Distribution - A company within The Vitec Group

As no direct number is given, I would call the desk and ask for the service dpt... I have a collection of spare parts, but not a whole lock or locking collar, otherwise I would offer my help.

I have that number. In 8 tries, I've never reached anyone. It's a totally automated phone system.
That's why I was hoping for another source for getting the parts.

I now know why my calls went nowhere. I didn't have the ext. for the parts dept.

Through an ex photo shop employee I now have that info. And I share.

Manfrotto parts phone> 1-201-818-9500 ext. 244
Email> parts@bogenimaging.com

Thanks for the info, though I would expect to have a central desk, where somebody sits and answers questions and redirects calls.

Maybe in Germany, not in the USA. Automated phones in the big businesses is the norm here.
I plan on calling, and emailing today.
