Third party happy customer

Just wanted to say that I got my Metz 48 today, it's a week earlier than expected according to Amazon.co.uk.
I already got to try it out on an assignment for the student newspaper I shoot for. It was definitely worth the upgrade from the 360 to a "swivable" flash, and now I have two decent flashes for off camera use!

The exposure seems to be good. I will need to remember to compensate 1/3 step when bouncing though. I do that with the 360 but I forgot to do that with the Metz.

See, this is one thing I can't understand, when it is a not so popular flash and you say you need to compensate for the bounce, a lot of people complain..but when the flash is from a well known brand..it is ok to compensate.
..this is not about you..it's just an observation that I occasionally see.
Glad everything is working out for you!
Sorry about the comment.

I've had to compensate with all flashes I've used. I agree that this could have be a built in feature when the flashes is tilted but I haven't seen it yet.
