How come?
The ebay price is $50-90, but the B&H price is over $200

make sure you are looking at the genuine grip and not a chinese clone. I believe you may be as that price sounds in line with the chinese made copies (though one is reputed for being very good in comparison with the genuine.) if it is a genuine, can you give the link please, because thats a steal!

The cheap version might not be weather resistant , it's not the sealed variant.
If this is not required for you, you can always get the chinese cheap one which is really not much different in function apart from weather resistant sealing.

I bought a cheap one on Ebay, and I thought it was worth the money. However, it wasn't as good as the Pentax grip that cost triple the price. It didn't have matching finish, the grip was more slippery, the bottons weren't as precise (didn't have tactile click).

I found several versions of the grip, some with more buttons, or weather seal, or better built. So it could be worth checking around to be sure you get what you want.
