Any difference? M v. A Revconverter?

I am curious regarding the M and A version of the 90degree Revconverter.

I have read previous threads but I feel I would like a direct answer to the difference. Is the A version significantly better?

Pardon my ignorance. What is a "90degree Revconverter"? I searched but didn't find anything meaningful.
