For me that would be Lowepro Super Trekker.
From your descriptions, 1 body, 3 or 4 lenses + accessories, I would go for the Super Trekker.
I have a Fastpack, but for 1/2 day usage.

Cheers.

A lot of bags are going to have trouble with the 60-250mm especially if you don't want to have to remove it from the camera. Do you have a specific style of bag you are looking for?

Thank you
Russell

I think it's a mistake to buy a bag based on your gear at a specific point in time. My solution is to us a holster bag which allows the "side- saddle" attachment of lens cases. I can also clip on small primes in neoprene cases. It's a very flexible system. Large lenses like the 60-250mm are problematic though. When I'm out with the DA*300mm, I typically have it on the camera in hand: if I want to mount something smaller, I'll park the big lens in the holster temporarily.

Anyone has any experience with the Precision Design 2000 Digital SLR Camera System Case?
