I am selling my Sunpak DX-12R Ring Light. This is a great macro ring flash that has 4 lights that act as a modeling light for focusing. You push the button on the back of the ring to turn on the modeling light, and it goes off when the flash is fired. I've used this flash many times as a fill light for a closeup portrait, and it worked really well.The little brother of the DX-12R (DX-8R) does not have this function. You can see the position of the modeling lights in one of the photos. They are pretty bright, but I've underexposed them so you can see them better. There is also a photo of the flash firing so you can see the whole tube lit.The flash comes with the STD-1D foot, which lets the flash be triggered by virtually any camera. Works on Pentax just fine (no PTTL or TTL of course). Included with the flash are 6 lens rings for the following sized filter threads: 49, 55, 58, 62, 67, and 72. These sizes should cover most lenses. The flash functions perfectly with no issues. It is very clean, and comes with all of the original packaging and paperwork. The flash will be very well packed to insure safe delivery to you.
