This converter is in great condition with pouch. Optically very impressive. It was designed for the SMC Pentax-A* 645 300mm F4 and creates an effective 420mm lens! It’s amazing that even with the converter the 300mm retains its sharpness. It comes with front and rear caps. I used it with the Pentax 300mm listed separately. I’m asking $80 net to me, OBO.
