A gently used, fully working, 7.1 MP Pentax Optio E30 with a pristine screen.
Included: Camera, strap, manual, camera stand, original box, a third-party Pentax compatible data cable, and a Lowepro case which fits the camera perfectly.
Excluded: SD card,
the Pentax data/AV cable, and 2 AA batteries.
Who is this camera for? Someone in your family who probably is:
- Not a smartphone user;
- Not an SLR or DSLR user;
- A previous owner of an Optio or other point-and-shoot camera, but no longer has a working one because their old one became lost, damaged, or broken;
- Someone who just wants a decent, pocket-size, point-and-shoot camera--like the kind that Pentax used to make but does not make anymore.
Please note that: - A Pentax compatible data cable is included in this listing but the original Pentax data/AV cable is not included; and
- An SD card is not included (you will need to supply one); and
- Bring your own AA batteries.
Other Notes:
- This camera can function as an "amusement park camera" for those days when you are unwilling to risk your good glass near flume rides and such.
- I have tested the data cable and it works fine.
- The LowePro Ridge 10 case is in excellent used condition. It looks like it wasn't used all that much because it wasn't used all that much.
History: I originally purchased the camera from KEH and the case from LowePro. I think KEH had somehow acquired some 'new old stock' point and shoot cameras, and I picked this one up. I wanted to see if I could figure out how many shutter activations there were on this camera, but this Optio camera does not support that feature. I would estimate that it is well under 1,000 shutter activations.
