Sorry for the delayed reply, I've been under the weather and quite busy... I'm not sure where you can get such a thing fixed in Alberta aside from maybe someone at the camera store knowing. However sluggish aperture on what type of lens? I know a few places to go in Ontario though.

Yes it is Full Frame, Yes I know there isn't information on it, it appear to be rather rare, probably a very short production run. It was announce in 1990.
