I have added Pentax DA 35mm f/2.8 macro limited as the 4th item for sale. Both Tamron zoom lenses are FF lenses that should work well with K-1.

More shots of gear on sale can be seen in my 2018 Gear Planning album in flickr
Thanks,
Hin

It may become my good-bye trip with the lens and body on a memorable night to walk 3 miles round trip to see the movie with Upgrade.

Cheers,
Hin

Please PM if you have interest. The gear are very good match up with K-1. Actually I love them on my K-5/K-3/K20 usage. It just that I have dual systems with Sony and time to let go to trim down to specific usage on two systems.

Cheers,
Hin

Hello,

I'm interested in your Tamron 17-35 f2.8-4.

I'm living in France, what would be the shipping cost (and insurance) to add to the lens price ?

Thank you very much for your time !

Kind regards.

Aurčle
The site don't offer insurance rate, so I can only find

Postage Price Calculator Mail Services

1. USPS international with partial tracking and likely $100 default insurance: $46 with 6-10 delivery

2. Regular US regular post office air package: $23.50 , and time can vary between 12 to 20 days -- based on my past experience, sometime it can be long over 25 days subject to location in Europe.

I have shipped both options successfully. Most people go for the #1 without insurance as the fee may add another $15 but I can't tell until I buy the label.

P.S. I look around tonight, I can't find the original box. I though I have it but I am still looking, a 65% to find it tomorrow, I will update you

Cheers,
Hin
Still waiting and all are available.

Cheers,
Hin

Tamron 17-35mm f/2.8-4.0 was sold and shipped to France. The other gear are available. The Tamon 28-75mm f/2.8 is a classic lens for the FF. I have used it with great satisfaction on K20D/K5 and now K/3. I sold as I have DA* 16-50 for aps-c usage. If I go for K-1, I will keep both of my inexpensive Tamron zooms.

Thanks,
Hin

Thank you so much for your update. It brightens up my Friday and I wish I have more buyers as pleasant and fulfilling like you.

I have my best pictures takes with this lens on my Favorite album

Hin's Favorite | Flickr

The front title picture was shot with the lens and many are in this favorite album. Had I stayed with Pentax, I won't be selling this lens at all. This will be a valuable wide zoom for K-1 and I actually love it even in K-5/K-3 usage. It is lighter than my 16-50 and not as fast, but it sure does good pictures especially in the wide end for me. PF is noticeable and that will go with any lens in wide aperture. Color and contrast is good, sharpness can be a touch better but no complaints from me. Close up is likely its weakest link. Try some night out with this lens in wide aperture in the wide end. Or shoot some film FF gear with this lens if you have FF pentax camera, you will find a great value in this not-so-much-talked about lens. There was one blogger very famous who loves this lens before but I forget his name, will send you the link if I find it.

Hello Hin,

I got the lens today. Shipping went well, and package was in good shape.

The lens is in an AMAZING condition ! I'm really pleased ! I've only tested the lens by shooting random stuff in the house, and i'm very happy with the rendering.

Thank you very much for this sale !

Cheers,
Aurčle.

Sale is pending for Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 zoom and Pentax K-5 body.

The Pentax DA 35mm f/2.8 macro limited is still available. This macro lens is my go-to lens for flowers and one lens outing type of lens.

Cheers,
Hin

Price adjusted from $220 to $199 on the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8, it has all the original and with box, hood and caps.

With lack of interest, I have withdraw the DA35 as I can still use it adapted nicely to other system.

Cheers,
HIn

Thanks for the help, I hope someone is looking for this gem. I sell as I have 16-50 along with desire to get either 16-85 or 18-135. Please help me to unload.
